Arturo Morales Tirado’s essay in the city’s September annual report is the basis of this illustrated talk, which is part of the book fair organized by the Biblioteca.

Consistent with the principles of “Va por San Miguel de Allende,” Morales advocates protecting the cultural and natural heritage of the city and its surroundings. 

The lecture addresses the cultural and environmental challenges we face today in the municipality. Printed text and a digital presentation with over 100 PowerPoint slides augment the reading.
