Local governments collaborate for a greener globe

ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives), Local Governments for Sustainability, is an association of governments from 67 countries committed to sustainable development. San Miguel de Allende, affiliated with ICLEI Mexico, hosted the ninth national ICLEI congress at Hotel Real de Minas September 9 through 11.
