Election campaigns heat up

PAN (Partido Acción Nacional) candidate for mayor, Cristóbal Franyuti Finkelstien, lodged a formal complaint against the local radio station XESQ Radio San Miguel and local TV channel for violating electoral regulations of the Electoral Institute of Guanajuato governing the use of media in election campaigns.
