Public university expands options for higher education

San Miguel has had a lack of educational infrastructure which is evident when youths, who finish their high school studies, have to leave town for studying toward a university degree or study any of the existent options, because “there were no other options.” |
Some others have even to leave school, since they have no money to afford their university studies.
