Public university expands options for higher education

San Miguel has had a lack of educational infrastructure which is evident when youths, who finish their high school studies, have to leave town for studying toward a university degree or study any of the existent options, because “there were no other options.” 

Some others have even to leave school, since they have no money to afford their university studies.
