Family Services Department makes a DIFference in local lives

The young and the elderly are two of the most vulnerable groups of citizens within any society in which need exists.

Susceptible to abandonment and mistreatment, those at the beginning and those nearing the end of their lives must often come to rely on the generosity of others for their survival. One government agency charged with allaying the suffering of the disenfranchised of San Miguel is the Family Services Department (DIF).
