FORUMS & LETTERS
Editor,
It’s been over nine months after Gloria Espino had a bone marrow surgery transplant in Monterrey, Mexico, and she’s very sure that everything is alright. The changes during recovery are amazing; every day is a chance to live every minute of her life as if it is the last.
Gloria says, “If life must lived, it should be lived with our best thoughts with the strength of love that takes care to connect ordinary moments in life with the right people at the right time all under the blessing of God. I have not only been witness of how God shows his miracles, but this experience is one of discovering who I really and the purpose beyond myself.”
I want to congratulate Gloria for her birthday today November 28, and offer my everlasting admiration; she is the greatest gift life has given me, showing me that love can defeat fear and to hold onto something that was invisible at the moment.
Congrats, Glorita! Celebrate life today—the joy of life is now! We’ll wait for you at Correo 73, on Saturday, November 29 at 6 pm.
