The Authors’ Sala seeks your love letters,

Do you have a touching love letter from your grandfather to your grandmother tucked away in a special box? Or a love letter from your own relationship that remains a treasure? 
The San Miguel Authors’ Sala is collecting love letters to celebrate the performance of A. R. Gurney’s beloved play Love Letters, to be produced in San Miguel by Iguana Productions throughout February.

Please send us love letters of personal or historical significance—literary, sentimental, or just plain loving! We will publish some of them in Atención and the collected letters in a booklet for those who attend the play. We are happy to publish your love letter anonymously or with your name, as you choose.

For each love letter you submit, you will be entered in a drawing. The first prize is two nights at the luxurious country resort Casa de Aves. Other prizes include wine, chocolates, an evening at La Fragua nightclub, and the dinner-package tickets to the play Love Letters.

San Miguel Poetry Week 2007 runs from January 2 to 6. All public readings take place at 7pm at Bellas Artes, Hernández Macías 75. The schedule of presentations is as follows:
