New Wave

By Jesús Aguado

This gallery at Hidalgo 66 is fresh, different, and colorful.

In a space with a ’50s interior that opened its door weeks ago, locals and visitors can now find sculpture, paintings, and photography at New Wave.

New Wave is a collective exhibition from five Mexican and five European artists. These artists, according to the director of the space, Xavier Ferrer, “have shown their work around the world.”

Ferrer was the curator of the collection. He and José Manuel Guerrero are experts in curatorial works and have participated as art advisors for various artistic institutions.

The space is open daily from 10am–6pm.
