SPA Pets of the Month—October, 2017

Hermes

Sioux

Tina

Yuma

By Lynn Weisberg and Joan DiPiero

Sioux and Yuma, two of eight abandoned siblings named after Native American tribes, are absolutely lovely seven-month-old puppies. They are calm, don’t bark very much, have mellow and loving personalities, and are easy to walk. Both are beautiful-looking girls who will melt your heart.

Hermes is a handsome orange and white cat, about one year old. He is all boy, running, jumping, and using up every inch of space in his exploits. He’ll slow down for a little petting, but there’s just too much to do to stay still. For one-and-a-half-year-old Tina, stillness is a virtue. A gray tabby with beautiful henna highlights, this mellow girl loves to loll in her special house just waiting for her share of petting. Seemingly so quiet, she does have bouts of exuberance but only when no one’s looking!

Adopt any of these Pets of the Month during October and receive a free adoption kit. Preview our animals at spasanmiguel.org (Adopt Me! pages) and meet them at the SPA, Los Pinos 7, Monday‒Saturday between 11 and 2, 152 6124.

October’s clinic special is free nail trimming with consultation every day of the month! For an appointment, please call 152 6124 and mention the promotion to take advantage of this offer!
