As Debra Broussard, the Biblioteca’s volunteer art registrar, catalogues the library’s paintings, she continues to find beautiful pieces that we don’t have much information on. For example, this acrylic on canvas titled “Guitar Echoes” is signed by M. Allen. Can you help us learn more about M. Allen, the artist who created this lovely colorful painting? Do you know anyone who might have owned it or have information on how it came into the possession of the Biblioteca?
