Ser Mujer is a multicultural group of women aged 25–75 which has organized to present programs and activities during March, Women’s History Month. From Take Back the Night with an all-woman mariachi band to our final program on risk-taking women, we worked to enlighten, inform, and motivate our audiences. Thanks to the support of our sponsors—Abrazos, Leisurely Horseback Riding, Josephine’s, Casa Los Angelitos, Geek and Coffee, Travelian, Bev Moor, Jim Kelly of Coldwell Banker, Hecho con Amor, Pet Hotel, Bernie Weisman Foundation, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, Garumbullo’s, and Estudio Calavera—we presented 17 different programs. We will proudly present the organization Las Libres with a significant donation to enable it to continue its work of defending women’s rights throughout the state of Guanajuato.

Our thanks to the San Miguel de Allende community, including Casa de la Cultura, the Biblioteca, Museo Allende, Guanajuato International Film Festival, and Bellas Artes, for its ongoing support.
