A Trunk Show for Two Designers

Last Friday, March 31, we attended an exclusive fashion and design event in one of the most beautiful houses in the city. José Sánchez, a Mexican fashion designer renowned for his leather work, and Daniela Norinder, a jewelry designer, presented a trunk show in the Santo Domingo neighborhood at an incredible house is surrounded by a bamboo forest simulating a Mexican jungle in San Miguel de Allende.
For 30 years, Sánchez has redefined the concept of leather design. During his career, his creations have been recognized for their uniqueness and modernity. With a presence in Mexico City, Sao Paolo, Los Angeles, and recently Houston, Sánchez’s designs are used by people all over the world. His latest collection is a mixture of inspiration that he acquired during his many journeys. His creations appear frequently in the world’s most important fashion magazines.
Daniela Norinder is one of the most creative jewelry designers in the industry. Born in São Paulo, Norinder studied at the Geological Institute of America (GIA). She has lived in London, Rio de Janeiro ,and Mexico City and traveled around the world to meet the most recognized gemstone experts, allowing her to create unique jewelry.
