Bram Morrison Music

By Bram Morrison

The sculpture of Arbolito, the campesino guitarist on my concert poster, came from No Recuerdo Donde Ni Cuando, México, and has lived quietly at my home in Toronto ever since. This year, I thought I would repatriate him and put him to work helping me publicize my fifth season of concerts in my favorite venue for solo shows in the world—the intimate and inviting Teatro Santa Ana in La Biblioteca Pública.

This year, as in the past, I will share with my audience some of the songs that I have gathered and treasured since I started performing sixty-odd years ago. Some will be just for listening, and on others, I will be inviting you to sing lustily to familiar and easy-to-learn choruses.  Most of the songs will be in English, with others in French, Spanish, and possibly, fake Russian. I will have available for sale copies of my 2015 live concert CD, recorded in the same theater.

And this year, as in the past, all proceeds from tickets and CD sales will benefit Amistad Canada and the social projects they support in and around San Miguel de Allende. Find out more at
