15 graduate Thanks to La Biblioteca

At the end of this school year 15 young Sanmiguelenses and youths from surrounding areas received their bachelor’s degrees thanks to the scholarships given by non profit La Biblioteca.
To celebrate the graduations, a small ceremony was held for the young graduates, the scholarship committee, and the staff. Each youth wrote a thank you letter highlighting the important work of the scholarship committee, and stating that without such support it would not have been possible to complete their college education and become professionals.
The graduates have various specialities¾Education: Rocío Méndez Almanza, Business Administration: Ma Adelaide Cordova Rejo; Early Childhood Education: Cristina Hernández Monserrat Cruz, Nutrition: Ma. de La Luz Gutiérrez Palacios; Psychology: Jesús Héctor Hernández Juárez, Pharmacy: José María Olivares Bustamante, Mechanical Engineering: María Fabiola Pérez Cervantes, Design and Visual Communication: Noemí Prado Camargo, Digital Graphic Design: Sebastián Puerto Sanchez; Primary Education: Blanca Estela Ramírez Merino; Engineering Business and Management: Gustavo García Ruiz; Education: Miriam Sánchez Tapia; Nursing and Midwifery: Carmen Soria Mayeli Juárez; General Medicine: Víctor Felipe Villasana Hernández; Preschool Education: Laura Rocío Ortiz Zapatero.
One of the girls said in her letter: “I hope that this program will continue supporting students like me who want to get ahead, and we strive for a better future for our families, but above all to build a better country.”
