Janis and Joe will be available to answer any questions you have about you and your physical condition, questions such as: How can I work around my physical issues and pain? What is possible for me to improve at my age? It is too late for me to restore my strength and posture? Can I have more confidence in my body so I don’t feel limited? How can I get stronger now? What can I do to avoid falling?
We will explain and demonstrate the benefits of various exercise options available at the Live Like You Can Gym, making suggestions on how to begin based on your personal health history and interests. Exercise options might include boxing for fitness, vibrational training, coordination and agility workouts for safer movement, strength and power conditioning for better function, and posture improvement techniques.

San Miguel’s Live Like You Can Gym has offered Power Plate Whole Body Vibrational Training since 2004.
