Present at the event were state Governor Miguel Márquez Márquez, Secretary of Tourism Fernando Olivera, Mayor Ricardo Villareal, and President of the Business Council Jose Benigno Torres.

Stressing the importance of commerce for SMA the new president of the association said that his commitment is to make the Chamber of Commerce alive and strong again, supporting and promoting trade and economic growth in San Miguel.

The event took place at the Hacienda Los Picachos, outside town. The CANACO offices will be located at Plaza Real del Conde, and will be open soon.

After the official ceremony, attendees and officials relaxed a little and mingled while enjoying the beautiful view, and a glass of cold white wine and chatting about news and projects.
