Perhaps instead of that active life filled with fun activities and new friends, you find yourself watching too much TV or sitting on the Internet for hours. Where do the days go?

Or you may have thrown yourself into a frenzy of activity as a strategy for handling the uncomfortable feelings that accompany times of change. Either way, you may find yourself confused, frustrated, overwhelmed, and unsure about how to proceed.

Transitions can be hard on the hardiest of us. Our psyches resist change and don’t appreciate it when we pile changes on, one after the other, expecting our lives to return to normal quickly. The fact is that our brains have not evolved to handle the level and quantity of transition that we face in the modern world. Transitions such as relocation, travel, and divorce were nearly unheard of just a few hundred years ago.

Some changes, such as relocation or job change, are self-imposed, and others, such as death or illness, are thrust upon us unexpectedly. Either way, there is a part of us that doesn’t like the changes and will resist, causing us to feel stuck until we pay attention.

In this workshop, we help you do just that—pay attention to what is going on with you. You’ll learn practical steps to take to redesign your life and get back in the flow as soon as possible. There is no need to suffer unnecessarily. Help is at hand.
