A New Grape Harvest in San Miguel

The Vineyard San Miguel joined the first grape harvest of Guanajuato on Saturday, August 15. They began with a blessing of the vineyard, followed by a cocktail, gourmet snacks, guided carts for vineyard tours, wine tastings, and of course the traditional treading of grapes that framed this event. Visitors also enjoyed the opportunity to participate in the preparation of olive oil and lavender products from cuttings, as well as to taste paella, Argentinian meat, and Mexican food, in the presence of “the best cutter of ham in the world and World Ambassador of Iberian ham,” Florencio Sanchidrián.
