Walking Tours—April

By Jerry Davis

Ellen DeGeneres told how her grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60, and now she is 95 and nobody knows where she is. This would never happen to you on the San Miguel Walking Tour because our guides are trained to orient all new visitors so that they will know where they are and be able to find their way back.

Walking Tours
To benefit medical charity
Mon, Thu, and Fri, 10am-12:30pm
In the Jardín
200 pesos or US$20

On a flat walk that lasts from 10am to 12:30pm, your trained volunteer guide will not only answer any of your newcomer’s questions but also explain the history, culture, architectural styles, and customs of San Miguel. Meet in the Jardín directly in front of the Parroquia at 10am. Your donation of 200 pesos (or US$20 or Canadian) supports a medical charity that treats thousands of children every year via three mobile dental vans where the children’s general health is scrutinized and their teeth cleaned and treated. Problems are addressed when discovered. To arrange for a private group tour, or for more information, call Betse Davies at 152 2380.
