Annual Christmas Day Walking Tour

By Betse Davies

What to do Christmas morning? You could just peel and eat the tangerine you got in your Christmas stocking, but you’d experience a lot more Christmas spirit by taking a lively two-hour walking tour of downtown San Miguel followed by complimentary beignets and coffee at Hanks New Orleans restaurant (thanks to owner Bob Thieman).

Christmas Day Walking Tour
Thurs, Dec 25, 9:45am
Meet in the Jardín across the street from the Parroquia
Betse Davies, 152 2380
150 peso donation

Patronato Pro Niños volunteer tour guides bring this tour to you, as well as our regular Monday, Wednesday, and Friday tours. This special tour will include information on Mexican Christmas customs as well as interesting historical information. No reservations needed. We believe in small tour groups so there will be plenty of guides. We will meet in the Jardín across the street from the Parroquia at 9:45am and the tours will leave at 10am. Your 150 peso donation (100 pesos for children over six) will help provide needy children with medical and dental care in San Miguel and the rural area surrounding it. That should contribute to your Christmas mood!
