How to Avoid Weight Gain During the Holidays
By Robin Loving Rowland
With Thanksgiving behind us—perhaps literally—and Christmas and New Year’s looming (possibly largely), many of us are wondering how to make better choices as we eat our way to 2015. San Miguel has an expert on the subject, and he will share his wisdom at the Rotary Club of San Miguel de Allende. 12:30pm. Antonio Abundez, whose motto is, “Eat well. Train with desire. Live with passion. Rest. Repeat,” will explain that we are what we eat and discuss the importance of breakfast. Many of us have heard these things, but Abundez, who lives them, is proof of their efficacy, as are his clients, who include chefs and yogis.
