Tibetan Teaching on Compassion

By Frank Simons

In this retreat, Anne C. Klein offers teachings and guided meditations that will help you cultivate an unbounded heart. Each of the four weekly segments, which draw from the classical Tibetan teachings of Longchenpa and Jigme Lingpa, will illuminate the embodied presence of one of the four immeasurables: equanimity, love, compassion, and joy. A Rice University professor, Klein is also a longtime Tibetan Buddhist practitioner and teacher. Her familiarity and ease with the classical texts make her teachings accessible and relevant to your everyday life.
