Great Harvest Feast
By Sandra Ríos
On August 23, La Santísima Trinidad celebrated its second harvest with great success. Over 850 people attended the event, including locals as well as Mexican and international tourists. Visitors tasted wine, cheese, and paella, accompanied by the rhythms of the group Jazz Manouche, and both children and adults participated in trampling the grapes, guided by a group of circus performers. Guests also enjoyed the natural environment of the place, riding bikes or exploring the vineyard and the countryside in carts pulled by Percherons.
Later, Argentinean and Mexican players participated in a polo match with a final score of 4-3 in favor of Mexico. To close the evening, there was an outdoor movie show and cheese, cold cuts, and popcorn to snack on.
