Attachment to misconceptions about reality
By Frank Simons
The Meditation Center presents the Tricycle video retreat series by Lama Jampa Thaye, Parting with the Four Attachments, Part 4, Attachment to Misconceptions About Reality, at 5:30, Thursday, August 1, 2014, at the Center, callejon Blanco 4. At the heart of the Buddha’s teaching is the insight that freedom and awakening are possible only through dissolving attachment. It is attachment in its myriad forms, whether material, emotional or intellectual, that locks us inside suffering and subverts our attempts at authentic spiritual practice. In this retreat, Lama Jampa Thaye will guide us through one of the essential teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.
