The familiarity of the Oz symbols to the public makes their explanation a potentially powerful weapon against our modern witches and wizards. The Secret of Oz looks at the history of money and that of the central bankers and the US Federal Reserve (the Fed).
The Federal Reserve Bank states that one of its main missions is to “supervise and regulate banking institutions to ensure the safety and soundness of the nation’s banking and financial system and to protect the credit rights of consumers.” After the 2008 economic collapse, it was widely recognized that this part of the Fed’s mission was ignored by the Fed’s Chairman, Alan Greenspan. Bill Black, a former financial regulator, stated that Greenspan had “no excuse for assuming fraud out of existence, and his exceptionally immoral position on fraud and regulation proved catastrophic to America and much of the world.”
The questions are plentiful. Do we really need these banking wizards (The private directors of the Federal Reserve banks,-the Jamie Dimons) to create money and oversee our money supply? Couldn’t the government simply create money itself, just as Presidents Jefferson, Jackson and Lincoln did in their day. Many more fascinating metaphors, historical allusions and solutions are revealed in this fascinating video: The Secret of Oz.
You will certainly be left asking questions like these: In 2008, why did the Federal Reserve System fail everyone but the 1 percent? Why did millions of homes go into foreclosure? Pensions lost 23+percent? Millions lost their jobs? Seniors lost their CD interest? Yet the Federal Reserve bailed out the 1percent with trillions of dollars of loans. Why does the system work for the 1 percent and not for the rest of us?
The 1 hour and 50 minute film is free and will be followed by a discussion.
