Celebration of La Expendeduría’s first anniversary

By David Barajas

Next Saturday, March 22, La Expenduría celebrates its first year of labour. This space works through the support of the civic association Fundación Cultural EPPCI A.C., and seeks to stimulate the participation of society in the cultural building of San Miguel de Allende. In appreciation of those who have integrated the various activities proposed for each trimester, a party will be held in connection with FGTPY, another autonomous management that focuses on the promotion and music production in the Bajio region. This celebration aims to stimulate dialogue and reflection among the public, authors and contributors of space on this first year of work and future actions.

In addition to this, and to continue the celebration, the Catalogue 2013-2014 (edited by ETCI) will be published, wherein they will publish the details of each of the activities and programs that occurred during this first year, in addition to the authors, donors and participants who joined them.

Although the event is free of charge, it also aims to raise funds to finance the next Programme 2014-2015 by La Expendeduría through donations from the audience,  which make this project possible. The party starts at La Expendeduría from 7pm until 11pm at Insurgentes 66 (upstairs). The party will continue at the Limerick Pub, from 11pm through 3am. Although access will be free and open to the public, we recommend you arrive on time to enjoy the event better.
