LifePath needs your help

By Berenice Parra

For over 13 years LifePath Center has been a place of gathering for the spiritually minded community in San Miguel de Allende. Founded by Dr. Beverly Nelson, Ph.D. in psychology; author and spiritual counselor Joseph Dispenza; and naturopath Dr. Mike Herbert, LifePath has gone through several changes within the last couple of years. Dr. Nelson now is the sole owner/director of LifePath Center, which she continues to lead into the future. LifePath Center offers guest rooms for people who come to LifePath on retreat or for tourists who come to San Miguel de Allende on holiday and excellent healing modalities (Yoga, Thai massage, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, psychological counseling and many more) and it is also a terrific venue for events and ongoing classes.

Fundraiser for LifePath
Sat, Aug 31, 7:30–10pm
Rinconada de La Aldea 29
Ticket 400 pesos

Another major change in LifePath Center took place recently, when it moved from its former location on Pila Seca to its brand new and fabulous quarters at Rinconada de La Aldea 29. The premises have been completely remodeled: the courtyards and terraces are delightful, the yoga room is much larger, the kitchen is warm and welcoming, the practitioner rooms are better suited for the needs of each healing modality, the four guest rooms (three regular ones, plus a suite which also has an annex) are truly beautiful and the whole space is full of light and clean energy.

All the effort and work—performed and many times even donated by members of the San Miguel de Allende community—that went into turning LifePath Center’s new location into a perfect, stunning place has certainly paid off; the results speak for themselves. In order to keep the flame of LifePath’s spirit alive, and to carry on with the magic, LifePath Center is holding a fundraiser on Saturday August 31, from 7:30 until 10:30pm. Aside from good food and drinks, there will be live music by David Garza, as well as an African dance performed by Jennifer Hofmann, and the hilarious comedic skills of Daniel Packard. There will also be a raffle and two auctions (one will be live, the other will be silent), both including excellent and covetable items and services! It will be a night of community bonding, laughter, dancing and fun, during which you will be able to take a thorough look at the whole facilities of LifePath Center—and join Dr. Nelson and the LifePath Center family in a celebration for new things to come. Trust us, it will be an evening to remember, and you’ll want to be there!

The price per ticket  is 400 pesos. Buy two or more at 350 pesos each. Purchase your tickets at LifePath Center (Rinconada de La Aldea 29;, La Mesa Grande (Zacateros 49), Mixta San Miguel (Pila Seca 3) or from Beverly Nelson (, or Joseph Bennett ( You can also purchase them via PayPal at The website address is and e-mail is
