La Pulga’s second anniversary

By Jade Arroyo

The monthly market flea market La Pulga turned two years old, and to celebrate this anniversary a party was held complete with a DJ, open mic, and dancing, all seasoned with good food and drink.

Once a month, at Los Pinos events hall, La Pulga is a good spot to spend a Sunday afternoon meeting old and new friends in a relaxed atmosphere, seeking out knickknacks, clothes, that little necklace, or that cute coffee cup. Even if our closets are at the point of bursting, we still might find something that we “have to have.”

You never know what you’ll find at La Pulga, so go treasure seeking with your eyes open and ready to hunt for bargains. Whether you are in the market for vintage clothing, furniture, accessories, a massage, jewelry, crafts, or you name it, you could find it at La Pulga.

If you need to make room for new treasures, consider setting up a table and selling the things you no longer want, or sell those great art pieces you’ve been working on.
