YAM Gallery inaugurates a new exhibition in Paris, in collaboration with Galerie Talmart.
YAM Gallery, together with the French gallery Talmart, are proud to present a new exhibition in Paris. As a result of their exchanges, the two galleries gather their artists’ works.
From the Philippines, Algeria, Chile, Mexico, Morocco and France, the artists selected for this show will present works of different techniques: objects, photography, sculpture, neon, and digital art.
The exhibition, titled Replicants, focuses on series and artists’ multiples, all produced or inspired by industrial processes. The artists face the reproducibility of their work and thus introduce a dialogue between technique and cultural, political and social symbols.
Located in the Parisian art quarter Le Marais, just a few meters from Centre Pompidou, the exhibition aims at gathering strong trajectory artists like Mounir Fatmi with newcomers on the international scene like Adam Chamandy in a multimedia and multicultural event. Marc Monsallier from Talmart and Adolfo Caballero from YAM Gallery offer here a strong conceptual proposal and a beautiful selection of works.
