Children’s Story Time: On the Island of Binga Bonga by Tio Namaya

A children’s story time at Garrison & Garrison Book Store will feature Vermont storyteller and performance artist Tío Namaya sharing his On the Island of Binga Bonga, a delightful tale of how a group of children together can help create peace. Namaya will engage the audience in his interactive storytelling style. The story hour is being offered to help raise funds for CASA Hospital, a program that helps adolescents in the region. Children of all ages are welcome to attend.

Namaya has toured around the world performing in theaters, libraries, and clubs in Europe, Asia, the United States, and during the past year in Palestine and Syria, and an autumn tour in Vermont with his show Vermon,t My Home. Some recent reviews:
